Excellent service! Ordered on a Friday evening, product arrived Monday morning, email confirmation went to spam folder so contacted the company, who replied right away and sorted problem. Would 100% order again!

Let me start by saying how great the company have been with all my emails & there quick responses..

I brought one of there products for the first time. Was quick & easy purchase and super quick delivery. And descreate packaging. Is always a bonus ?.

With this being said unfortunately my product was faulty. Which can happen to anyone. And was no fault of bestvibe. As you wouldn't know of its fault until you opened and used it. But as soon as I emailed them with my problem they got back to.me almost straight away. Which is always a good sign of a caring business. We exchanged a few emails and then apologised for thw faulty item and sent me a brand new one.

Which works a treat ??.

So for my first experience with Bestvibe I can say with confidence I'll be purchasing again in thw future.

Ordered an item, and it keeps on saying pending. The order ID IS -ID2023011816191917906. Waiting for delivery NOTIFICATION. Nothing seems genuine by the looks of it. This is a scam. An absolute joke. Real scammers

Total waste of time and money, product just doesn’t work. Constantly cuts out and switches off, now they want videos and photos to show the problem. Item is a pile of crap and so is this company, save your money and grief and go elsewhere!!!!

Placed an order, money was taken straight away. Have not recieved any confirmation email or anything. Contacted there customer support through their email and no reply at all!

Product seems very good, robust and realistically priced.
Delivery experience was mixed. My order was split into two items. One item arrived ok, the other didn't - there were repeated emails from Evri that it was with the Parcel Shop, then that there was a delay, then that it was really with the Parcel Shop this time... but it still wasn't. Eventually I contacted BV who sorted it out within 24h.
My impression is that BV is a good company and tries hard, but are being let down by their courier.

reason for this is that my order as been withy Ervi/hermes since 27th of December out for Delivery on the 30th of December have sent an Email to use at bestvibe yesterday still waiting on a reply its now the 5th of Jan ?

Dont bother ordering from these, will happily let you purchase items not in stock (they dont tell you this on there site)
Item then wouldnt charge, emails, videos, completely not worth the hastle, item is now in the bin so do yourself a favour and spend you hard earned elsewhere

I have bought a few products from Bestvibe and they have all been very good.
I recently had a charging problem . They replaced the product immediately with the replacement arriving in only a couple of days. Their customer service was very professional and generally faultless .
They could not have dealt with the situation better . Thank you Bestvibe !

placed order on DEC 07, even tho payment has been taken via Paypal i have no delivery, no confimation and Bestvibe claim no order was made. i am FAR from satisfied. don't use these you will get ripped off !!!

Placed an order on 6th of december, paid through PayPal, no notification of order, shipment date, or receipt of payment. Received an e-mail explaining late dispatch and very apologetic, offered me a refund which I accepted and received it the following day.
Feel much better about shopping with them in the future.

Have posted a negative review earlier but the service team helped me out with any query and was confirmed that order will be delivered in 2 or 3 days even helped updating delivery address.

Still haven't received anything. Got a reply with a false Royal Mail tracking number. Payment was taken in Hong Kong for a uk site! Have contacted my credit card who will deal with getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered a few items from them, they let me know the items been divided to multiple parcels, it was a bit of a delay of the second parcel which was well communicated so no issue at all. They always answered to my mail in a few hours.
The items do the job, works well, thoughtfully priced.
To be honest I wasn't sure about this company before I ordered from them because of some of the negative reviews, but I can't say any bad, I think they great, with good prices, good selection and good communication between the buyer and the company if it's needed.
